Yesterday, while I was enjoying my lunch, I had a rather peculiar encounter with a man who had a thick accent. He informed me that my internet connection had somehow been breached. He was quite eager to assist me but insisted that I needed to grant him access to my computer. I’m well aware of these dodgy scams where they take over your machine and then threaten to lock you out. I didn’t fall for it, of course!
