They tried to get us to pay some sort of fee for a PPI refund, which is nonsense because we never made any PPI claim. Seems dodgy to me. We’ve blocked the number on our cordless phone and I’d recommend you do as well.

They’re probably contacting folks who’ve previously had their help to chase any compensation due, maybe to collect their fees out of whatever pay out you get. My best tip would be to hold off on sending any payments until you actually receive your PPI payout, then sort the cheque according to your agreement. I tried claim 71 and, for now, I’d say this number looks okay but definitely be careful when dealing with them!

I've had loads of calls from 01915 806039 here in Norwich, and it’s the same voice as those Do Allay calls I get. They keep asking about some kind of compensation payment that supposedly hasn’t been paid to me, but I never got any of it. It's been about twenty calls now.

They keep calling me almost every day for like a few weeks straight. I’m not totally sure who they are but maybe it’s Allay or something like another person said because I did deal with them about two years ago. I never ended up going through with any claim since I read loads of bad reviews and I never signed any paperwork. I just don’t pick up when they call now and I’ve blocked the number, hoping it’ll stop the constant buzzing.

Got a recorded call that started in the middle of a message. They mentioned paperwork should have been sent and to press 1 if not received, then the call just ended abruptly. No idea who it was from.

Got a voicemail saying I’d get a refund but no mention of what for. They said I should’ve had some details sent through the post, but I never got anything. They wanted me to press a key, but I didn’t, and then the call just ended after a bit.
