I got a call from this number and a lady started talking to me using my first name, asking about funeral arrangements for me, my husband, and family. It really upset me because my mum's been poorly lately and I didn’t need that stress. When I asked where she got my number from and if it was some kind of scam since I never asked about funeral services, she quickly snapped back saying it wasn’t a scam and then just hung up saying “have a good day.” Honestly, it annoyed me and cast a shadow over my whole evening.

If you get a call from anywhere near Durham or Sunderland, especially ones starting with 52-something and the 0191 code, I'd be really careful. Just got one from 0191-58 myself, which seems to be from around there too. I never pick up these calls and don’t plan on ever doing so. They’re definitely a nuisance.
