It’s clear that this business is keen on persuading you to let them handle any PPI claims on your behalf. However, their fee of a whopping 36% on successful claims is quite excessive, if you ask me. They’ve been quite relentless in their approach too, despite me firmly stating that I’m not looking to engage their services. Quite frustrating, really!

I've had this number call me an astonishing nine times within just two hours! Each time I try to hang up, they just ring me back before I've even managed to set the phone down. It’s utterly relentless!

I'm pretty convinced that 0191-580-1831 is linked to a dodgy PPI scheme. Just a couple of days back, I blocked a different number, and it seems they've now switched to this one to harass me. They're operating out of Sunderland, and I strongly recommend steering clear of any calls from them. They've already attempted to reach me 13 times in the last week alone-absolutely ridiculous!
