I received a call from someone, despite the fact that I have no prescriptions for any kind of medication, and I have never had any recurring prescriptions before.

The call ended abruptly before I had a chance to pick it up. When I went upstairs, I decided to call "1471" on the phone to find out the caller's number. After a while, I called "1471" again on the other phone downstairs just to double-check. To my surprise, a recorded voice asked me to enter my account details! When it's an authentic call, why doesn't someone actually say something on the other end? A new scheme has been introduced by chemists associated with the NHS. If you receive a call from them, it might be a recorded message informing you that they will call you back. When you try to contact them, you are greeted with the same recording and are then prompted to leave a message after the beep. However, when you do so, a male voice informs you that the mailbox is full, and no further action can be taken. This situation is incredibly frustrating and a waste of both money and time. It is imperative for Cameron to address this issue effectively.
