Got a message from someone claiming to be Lynda White at HMRC, accusing me of tax evasion. The automated voice warned I'd face court if I didn’t ring them back!

Got a call from someone pretending to be from HM Revenue about some tax fraud, but it was just a recorded voice of a woman. Definitely a scam trying to scare people.

I got a call from someone saying they were from HMRE, but it didn’t sound right at all. Felt kinda dodgy to me. Not sure what they really wanted, but I didn’t trust it and just hung up. Weird how these calls keep coming from people pretending to be official.

Got a call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming to be from BT, saying hackers were after my account. When I told her it sounded like she was the one trying to scam me, she got mad and threatened to cut off my internet. Right after, she just hung up on me.
