Someone rang saying they were Virgin Media and that there was an issue with our internet speed which they could sort out if we let them access our computer. But when I asked for proof that they were legit, the caller just ended the call.

He said he was calling from Virgin Media, but yeah, I’m pretty sure that was a load of rubbish!

Some bloke said he was from BT and kept asking me to switch on my laptop. After telling him several times to buzz off, he ended up swearing at me.
