What a complete joke of a service! Honestly, our recommendation would be to avoid engaging with them altogether, unless you fancy a bit of a rant! :)

I just received a call at the office from that number, searching for someone who isn’t on our staff. When we attempted to return the call, we were greeted by a pre-recorded message indicating that the number is set aside for the BTW group. It’s quite probable that they’re debt collectors.

I had the misfortune of dealing with BCW Group, also known as Buchanan Clark & Wells, and I must say, they are a right pain. Their debt collection practices are rather aggressive, and I found their representatives to be rather rude and unhelpful. It’s an absolute hassle trying to sort things out with them!

It’s quite ludicrous how they’re chasing after outrageous amounts for what amounts to a mere three quid. Good luck to them! Their approach is utterly off-putting-arrogance personified, attempting to intimidate you into coughing up cash. What a complete joke of a service! Honestly, my suggestion would be to steer clear of engaging with them unless you need a good vent. Save yourself the hassle!
