I recently received a call from this number, but I didn’t pick up. Having no clue about their authenticity, I decided to block it. Better safe than sorry, I suppose!

I got a call thrice today from a woman who claimed to be from ‘broadband connect’, saying she knew my broadband contract was about to expire (which it honestly isn’t) and wanted to offer me a nicer deal. I’m with Virgin anyway and just ring them when my contract ends; they always sort out a better bargain for me.
