Got a call from some woman called Kelly trying to talk to the business manager about energy stuff. When I said they weren’t free, she got quite sarky.

Had a lady ring up about our energy renewal date, and she was really impolite. Just like every other cold caller, she was pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer, even after we said we weren't interested. Best to stay clear of calls like this.
