2 yearsHad a call from 0191 543 3406 earlier today. The lady on the other end was hard to follow, but I gathered she was from EDF Energy. She mentioned something about having agreed to a smart meter installation as part of my contract. I told her I hadn’t asked for one, but she insisted my terms required a smart meter to be fitted within 3 months or else I’d be on the wrong tariff. When I asked for the contract details to be emailed over, she just cut the call. Definitely felt like a dodgy scam to me.EDF Energy2 yearsSince the 13th of March, this number has rung me at least 15 times.
