Got a call from a number claiming to be Amazon Prime - turns out it was just another scam. Best to just ignore them and not respond at all.

They rang but I didn’t pick up and there was no voicemail left either.

This number rang me twice today. The first call was odd, I was about to hang up after quite a wait, when suddenly a woman’s voice came through. Then, a bit later, someone else called claiming it was about loft insulation. They said we'd had new loft insulation fitted recently - which is totally not true - and that the stuff wasn’t very good quality. When I asked where they got their info from, they wouldn’t say. Eventually, she just ended the call.
