9th May 2019 - 10:15... Got another annoying call again about our internet service. Seriously, why don’t these telemarketers understand that it’s the ISP who should be contacting us, not some random company? A automated woman’s voice started speaking, but I ended the call pretty quickly. If what others are saying is true, that legit numbers are being used by scammers, then there must be some kind of security flaw somewhere. Since most ISPs aren't under BT's watch anymore, it seems like the responsibility falls on each provider and us customers to keep an eye out. This is how they sneak in. Nowadays, with hardly any proper oversight, anything could happen.

Got a voicemail from this number saying it was BT support about my phone line. I called back but it showed up as a private caller! The guy who answered sounded pretty mixed up and didn’t make much sense!
