There was a bit of silence before an Indian guy answered, and he honestly sounded a bit lost about why he was calling. I had to ask him thrice what he wanted exactly. Eventually, he told me he was from BT's tech support. Honestly, with his thick accent and the awful phone line, I had to get him to say it again. Then, out of nowhere, he just ended the call.
