I saw what others have said about it too.24 daysI keep getting calls from the number 0191 524 6511, with someone acting like they're from Virgin or O2. They’ve been sending me text codes and even email codes. Don’t pick up if this number calls you! Best thing to do is contact O2 security straight away. If you hand over those codes, they can take over your account. They claimed they wanted to upgrade my SIM card to 5G. So I decided to call O2 directly and they told me to get the O2 app. When I checked there, I found an email that looked almost like mine.
