Just got a call that was completely quiet, and then the person just said "cheerio" before hanging up.

Had another call from this number today, claiming they could cut down my Eon bill. Problem is, I’m not even with Eon. When I questioned them about which bit of the cold calling rules they were ignoring, they just ended the call. Such cheek!
