She tried to sell advertising space in an NHS magazine, then got mixed up by my unusual answers and handed me to her supervisor. The supervisor had no clue about the earlier bits and started pitching loft insulation instead. When I pointed out the mix-up, she just ended the call. Overall, a confusing and unprofessional experience.

Quite an odd phone call I received! A lady at first professed to be representing the NHS, though the background sounds didn’t match up at all. She proceeded to pitch me some advertising space in an NHS publication. Things got a bit muddled when I replied to one of her clearly pre-rehearsed questions in a rather unconventional manner, which sent her into a bit of a tizzy. She then transferred me to her so-called 'supervisor.' Regrettably, it appeared that the 'supervisor' hadn’t been briefed on our prior conversation, as she launched straight into a sales spiel for loft insulation. When I pointed this out, she promptly ended the call. What a peculiar experience!
