She tried to sell advertising space in an NHS magazine, then got mixed up by my unusual answers and handed me to her supervisor. The supervisor had no clue about the earlier bits and started pitching loft insulation instead. When I pointed out the mix-up, she just ended the call. Overall, a confusing and unprofessional experience.

Really odd phone call. At first, a woman said she was ringing from the NHS, but the background noises didn’t really sound right. She tried pushing me to buy ad space in some NHS publication. When I gave a strange reply to one of her clearly rehearsed questions, she handed me over to someone she called her ‘supervisor’. Thing is, the ‘supervisor’ had no clue what had been said before and started trying to sell me loft insulation instead. Once I pointed this out to her, she just hung up straight away.
