Somebody called claiming they were from the ‘Pheonix Association’ - yeah, odd spelling right? I even asked them to spell it as I wasn’t sure. They wanted to check if my house had any damp, mould or any sort of ‘leakage’. What freaked me out a bit was that they kinda knew my name (not exactly, but close), plus my town and county. When I mentioned GDPR, the guy looked clueless. He kept saying there wouldn’t be any cost involved.
