Honestly, it would have been rather supportive if these callers had the decency to hang on the line long enough to identify themselves instead of just cutting off after a single ring. We desperately need to keep the phone line available, so the very least they could have done was refrain from calling altogether, and if they really had to, at least leave a message. It’s not paranoia, just pure exasperation!

While this company is undoubtedly genuine, I would strongly advise giving them a wide berth. The sales representatives are not only quite rude but also persistently bombard you with cold calls. I've taken the liberty of reporting them to the Telephone Preference Service and Trading Standards. Best to tread carefully!

Honestly, it would be rather useful if these callers would actually hang on the line long enough to reveal who they are, rather than just letting the phone ring for a moment and then hanging up, as happened to us today. The only reason we ended up searching for their number was because we’re anxiously awaiting updates about a family member who’s in ICU, and we’re trying to keep the line free. The least these callers could manage is to refrain from calling altogether or, if they must, at least have the courtesy to leave a message! It’s not paranoia I’m feeling, just a healthy dose of irritation!
