I received a call from Virtual Motors, who were promoting their service packages. Luckily, I had just received a quote from an independent garage asking for over £500 for a major service on my Jaguar, while Jaguar themselves wanted £700. However, Virtual Motors presented me with an offer for three official Jaguar services through one of their Jaguar Land Rover dealers, which comprised two major services and one minor along with three MOTs. Normally, this would have set me back around £2,000, but I managed to secure the whole lot for just £1,100, inclusive of all parts, labour and a courtesy car. So even though these unsolicited calls can be a bit bothersome, they can surprisingly turn out to be quite beneficial!
