I got a ring from Virtual Motors trying to flog some service packages. Lucky for me, I'd just got a quote from a local garage wanting over £500 for a big service on my Jag, and the official Jaguar place was asking about £700. Virtual Motors came back with a deal for three official Jag services through one of their Jag Land Rover dealers - 2 major and 1 minor service, plus 3 MOTs, which apparently would cost around £2,000 elsewhere. They sorted it all out for me at £1,100, covering parts, labour, and even a courtesy car. So yeah, these calls can be a pain, but sometimes they’re actually worth it.

I'm quite exasperated with Bristol Street Motors, to be honest. I had a service plan in place, but I terminated it around a year and a half ago. Now, despite that, they keep ringing my personal and business mobiles incessantly, often multiple times a day.
