I've been receiving incessant calls from a firm called Northern Gas and Power, which seems to be cold calling businesses. I explained that we’re quite satisfied with our existing supplier, but instead of accepting that, they began to argue with me! It got to the point where they were ringing me three times a day, every single day, until I finally lodged a formal complaint. Absolutely ridiculous!
