They claimed they could lower my electricity bills. Honestly, never come across that one before.

Got a call from some bloke asking for the accounts team. He rattled off his company name so fast I had to ask him to repeat it - I think it was something like Northern Electricity and Gas? I mentioned GDPR to him, told him not to call again, then hung up. Our number’s also on the TPS register, so we’ve blocked him straight away. Honestly, our blocked list is getting ridiculous with all these dodgy calls! Maybe they’re legit, who knows, but I really can’t stand cold calls. Isn’t that what GDPR and TPS are meant to stop anyway?!
