Got a few calls from ngp, they wanted me to connect them to whoever handles energy contracts here. Told them I wasn’t interested. They kept ringing, asking again, so I just said no again. On their third ring, I put them on hold and left ’em waiting for like 10 minutes.

Got a call from some bloke at NGP who was well rude and just wouldn't remove us from their calling list. I asked to speak with their data person or find out where they got our info from, but he shut that down straight away. Proper annoying!

this energy firm calls me nearly 5 times each day and refuse to accept a simple no from me.

Got a call out of the blue from some bloke claiming to be from NGP, going on about our energy deal. Told him straight, not interested in any cold calls and asked him to delete our info from their records. He wasn't very polite and didn’t seem to get that I really didn’t want them ringing again, especially since they just found our number on Google.
