Got a call from an unknown number but didn’t pick up. Left a voicemail saying something about strange charges on my Amazon account and asking me to press “1” to reach their call centre. Obviously didn’t follow through since I’ve never even signed up with Amazon! Total scam, just trying to fish for info. I just blocked the number straight away.

I got a robocall purporting to be from Amazon, saying there were some "strange transactions" linked to my account and prompting me to hit 1 to find out more. The thing is, I don’t even have an Amazon account!
