They've been calling claiming to be from United Utilities offering better deals on my gas and electric. I've already blocked them once before from another number, so had to block this one as well. Proper nuisance!

Sounds like one of those energy-saving companies. They start off by asking 'Are you Mrs Mulligan?' and as soon as you say 'no', they rush into this sales pitch that's talked through so fast it just puts you off, even if you might have been interested. I guess it's those workers stuck on the phones, probably told they’ll be living it up in the Bahamas and driving fancy cars if they hit targets, poor things.
