I mentioned that I was planning to leave Virgin, which was indeed true, and he probed further into my reasons for this decision. I felt it was inappropriate for him to pry, so I told him it was none of his concern. To my astonishment, he retorted rather aggressively, suggesting it was very much his concern and got alarmingly personal, implying he was aware of my address. This was quite menacing!
