Got a call from someone saying they were with BT, telling me we were being ripped off on our business broadband and phone and could save heaps with a new offer. They claimed some ‘new tech’ let BT give better deals to current customers, which sounded odd. When I rang back, I got a weird voicemail saying they were busy and to call again later. Rang BT themselves afterwards, and they confirmed it was a scam.
