Just took a call from this number, spent ages holding to finally speak to someone who told me my phone is on the telephone preference service, which supposedly gets you removed from their calls pretty fast. The automated voice message was utter nonsense, like a random mash-up of formal terms with no real meaning. Weirdly, if you google the number, it comes up as the actual South Tyneside County Court.
