Not sure if it was this number or 0151, but I couldn’t quite make out what the caller said after 1471. They’ve rung me a couple of times lately, never left a voicemail. Picked up today, and apparently it was about some government project to upgrade home heating. I just said no thanks and ended the call, then blocked the number.
