Received a call from someone claiming to be James - though his accent was distinctly Indian - who insisted he was with BT and wanted to discuss the sluggishness of my broadband. The moment I mentioned I would run a speed test, he abruptly hung up. Quite typical, I reckon; it clearly was a scam call all along.
