This morning, I got a ring from this number claiming they were with some aftercare team. I asked them what aftercare team exactly, and the bloke replied 'insurance'. When I asked which insurance company, he just said 'all car insurance'. I told him I’d already had loads of calls from so-called aftercare people lately, and then he just cut me off. I’ve blocked the number since then.

A lady referred to me by my first name and inquired whether I was indeed that individual. Upon my confirmation, she abruptly hung up. I tried calling back using 1471, but it wouldn’t go through. This has left me quite uneasy about the whole situation. The call came from 0191 432 5678 on the afternoon of Wednesday, 12th February 2020.

Had a car accident and then the so called after care from the insurance was a nightmare. The people dealing with me were really rude and not professional at all. Felt like they were constantly bugging me, honestly felt harassed rather than helped. Would not recommend them to anyone.
