Some woman called, Marcia or something like that from ####, and claimed she figured out my number because I supposedly checked out one of their ads nearly a year ago. I never did, so that made no sense. I asked where she was ringing me from and she said London. When I asked about the weather there, she got weird and asked why I cared. There was a lot of vague chatter, sounded so much like one of those boiler room scams. I told her I’d be reporting them to the ICO for using my number without permission and also to Action Fraud. Right after that, she got all hostile and just hung up on me.

this number just rang me up, bloke said he was with bec telemarketing. sounded like he was from south africa, and he even said he’s calling from there. told him I’m on the tps, but he said he’s only the one making the calls anyway.

Got a call from a number I don’t recognise, and it was one of those voice messages that told me to call back like it was an order. No clue who they are, so nah, no thanks!
