I used to be with Toto Energy and left just before they collapsed when everyone was talking about it. My tip to anyone getting these calls is to pick up but don’t say a word, just let them drop the call - all those 5p charges can mount up and cost them. I’m gonna start answering soon, fingers crossed that’ll make them stop bothering me.

When I told the woman I was happy with my current provider and wasn’t interested in changing, she started getting seriously rude, like throwing a tantrum over the phone. She even insisted I had to switch, which was really off-putting. In the end, I just hung up on her. - from a dodgy, pushy energy firm!
