I had a missed call earlier, so I tried calling back after looking up the number with 1471. Turns out it’s linked to some military or Ministry of Defence line. When I rang, a lady answered and told me those phones are kinda old and they don’t actually call out from them, just get incoming calls. Bit strange really.
