A gentleman by the name of Sanjeed rang me up, claiming to be representing BT, the internet service provider. He insisted there was a significant issue with my internet that they were keen to resolve. I promptly informed him that BT wasn't my provider and that, in fact, my internet was functioning perfectly well. He began to elaborate on the reasoning behind BT's call, but I politely thanked him for his time and promptly ended the conversation.
