Had my car serviced with them one time. Then out of the blue, they sent a text about the MOT being due and asked me to bring the car in on a certain date. I never arranged that with them. Honestly, don’t bother being nice, just tell them to bugger off. They won’t quit. I’m blocking their number now but bet ya they’ll call from somewhere else and try the same thing again.

this firm keeps ringing me non stop on both my phone and mobile, even tho i bought a car from them like 2 years back. the service was terrible, i ended up having to get another car cos the first one was always in their garage, and I had to cough up an extra £500 cause of their mess ups. ive told them to stop bothering me since I wont be buying from them ever again but they just keep calling.

Bristol Street Motors kept ringing me trying to sell a new car even tho I only got one 2 years ago, also they kept hassling me to do a satisfaction survey after my service a few weeks back - proper annoying and feels like harassment. Im fed up with this lot, i bought a car from them and ive told them loads of times to stop contacting me. Its not just calls, i get letters, texts and emails from vertu motors (bristol street motors) which are brutal when it comes to aftersales. Ive blocked their number on my phone and set their emails straight to spam and delete now. Its only the post left, im sorting that next. Bristol street, if you think annoying me like this will get sales, you’re dead wrong, its just pushing me closer to contacting ICO.

Got a call from Peugeot Northampton, tryna sell a car to my wife who’s wheelchair bound. Are they daft or what? They’re meant to handle our Motability car but wouldn’t even come collect it for servicing because it’s too far. Meanwhile, Perrys in MK, who are even further, happily did it. Told Peugeot I don’t want any more calls from them, simple as that.
