Got a recorded message sayin there's an Amazon purchase on my card for £####. They told me to press 1 if it wasnt me. Turns out if you do press 1, it hooks you up to a premium rate call, and they try to steal your bank and account info. Total scam. I barely use this ex-directory landline and it's only ever connected to my alarm system - no one else has it or uses it for any accounts or messages. Best thing is to just block the number and ignore it completely.
