I just had a weird call where the person wanted to talk to me but ended up hanging up right away.

So this number called me and it got me worried, coz my lad is supposed to be in Liverpool and I’d given him my old number since he's good with tech stuff and doesn’t always get the messages. I can’t be on the phone all day though. Now I’m getting tons of calls, not just from him but a bunch from this number as well. I keep missing them since the phone only switches on sometimes.

Surely there oughta be regulations stopping landline harassment, right? This number from Tyneside rings me up a few times daily, always bang on 9.01 in the morning and then again sometime between 5 and just before 6 in the evening. I’m guessing they’ve gotten into trouble before for dodgy behaviour or somethin’. Just this week alone, I lost track after 40+ calls, all from slightly different versions of that 0191 code. Proper annoying.

I've been getting loads of calls like this lately, and all I can hear is heavy breathing on the other end, which is really unsettling. I'm thinking it’s best to just block the number altogether.
