I've been receiving countless calls from this number over the past month. Every time I pick up, it sounds like a fax machine on the other end, and just when I hang up, the same bloody sound rings through again. It comes from the same area code '0191', which is quite peculiar since it's local to me. This all seems to have kicked off ever since we signed up for Sky TV. I've received multiple calls from this number over the past month. Every time we answer, it just emits that annoying fax machine noise. Moreover, as soon as we hang up and pick the phone back up, that same fax sound greets us again. Intriguingly, it shares the same area code '0191' as our local region. It all seems to have kicked off since we got Sky TV installed. Is anyone else dealing with this issue? If so, I'd love to hear from you - feel free to drop me a line at [email protected]. By the way, does anyone know how to resolve this? Should we get in touch with BT? It's quite bothersome as we can't make outgoing calls when this occurs.
