I’ve received a reminder from Grattan regarding an outstanding payment.

I received a call on my home phone from this number. When I picked up, there was absolutely no response, just a faint sound of breathing. It was quite evident that someone was there, but after about half a minute of this rather unsettling silence, I decided to hang up. Not happy with this at all.
