Got a call from someone saying they were from ............, telling me I'd been in some sort of accident. I was like, what? They kept asking if it was true and then suddenly said they'd deleted my number from their records. Weird chat, innit?

So I got this voicemail from some injury claims lot, all automated and weird. It goes something like, "Hi, I'm calling from ............ I understand you've had an accident......... is that correct?...... alright then, your number is now removed from our database." Honestly, kind of amusing. The thing is, my phone number’s new and I haven't shared it with any businesses at all. How on earth did they manage to get hold of it?

In the realm of injury claims, it’s rather amusing that an automated system managed to leave a voicemail. The message went something like this: "Greetings, this is a call from... erm, I didn’t quite catch the name which I assume is deliberate... I understand you've been in an accident... is that correct...? Right then, I’ll ensure your number is taken off our records." What’s amusing, however, is that my number is fresh off the block-I haven't shared it with a soul. So, how on Earth did they get hold of it? Quite the mystery!
