Odd company asserting they specialise in roofing. Does anyone know who they are? They came across as quite aggressive, almost as if they believe they are the only roofing business in existence, which is rather amusing!

I'm honestly at a loss for how frequently this roofing firm has been ringing me. Can they not grasp the concept of 'no'? They recently worked on my neighbour's roof and made a right mess of things, leaving holes in the process. So really, what on earth would possess me to consider hiring them for my own roof?

Oh my god, True Roof Seaham are an absolute nightmare. They showed up at my door while roofing my council neighbours’ houses and haven’t stopped hassling me since. Honestly, just have a look at their company reviews - complete bunch of cowboys!

This number has rang me three times already today, the last one coming as late as 8 in the evening! When I tried ringing back, all I got was some weird recorded message that didn’t really add up.

This roofing firm could do with sending their representative for a bit of etiquette training, as her approach on the phone was rather overbearing and left much to be desired. When I mentioned that no one had been in touch about any roofing issues at my property on the date she specified, she was quite insistent that they'd visited my house. I informed her that I don’t entertain unsolicited calls, which seemed to set her off, leading me to hang up. I'd recommend that anyone who receives a call from this company should simply terminate the conversation right away. - caller: Unnamed contact
