Got a call from some roofing firm, never heard of them before. They came off really pushy like they thought they were the only roofers in town, proper weird. Anyone else had dealings with this lot?

This roofing firm keeps ringing me at all hours, you'd think they don't take no for an answer. They worked on my neighbour's roof ages ago and actually left holes in mine after that - so there's no way I'm letting them touch mine! Really don't get why they keep calling.

Oh my god, True Roof Seaham are an absolute nightmare. They showed up at my door while roofing my council neighbours’ houses and haven’t stopped hassling me since. Honestly, just have a look at their company reviews - complete bunch of cowboys!

This number has rang me three times already today, the last one coming as late as 8 in the evening! When I tried ringing back, all I got was some weird recorded message that didn’t really add up.

The woman from this roofing firm who phoned me definitely needs some lessons in manners, as her pushy and unpleasant tone was quite off-putting. When I said no one had contacted me about any roofing issues on the date she mentioned, she kept insisting they had been here. I then told her I don’t entertain cold calls, which seemed to annoy her a lot, so I ended the call. If you get a call from this company, my advice is to just hang up straight away. - caller: No name given
