5 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were a meter reader who’d apparently read the wrong meter and I’d get charged £4000 if I didn’t sort it immediately. When I asked for his name, he said Michael Ray, claiming to be the manager of meter readings at Total Gas & Power. I told him I’d ring the main office to check if he was legit. That made him quite pushy, saying I had to deal with it right away or face the charge.
