ITS ECONOMY energy and I’m already a customer. got an ongoing issue with them about wrong meter readings since I changed providers but I’m refusing to talk till I get something official in writing. honestly, would tell everyone to stay clear of them. they quote you a super low amount for your gas and electric DD then don’t bother sending anyone to check your meter. their customer service is absolutely terrible.

Someone rang me claiming to be from Economy Energy and insisted I owed them money that had to be paid today. They said I'd be called again in 30 minutes, but I told them outright I wasn’t handing over any cash on the spot. I asked for a proper paper bill to clarify things. Tried ringing their customer service but got no reply at all. Nothing’s been sorted yet - it’s unfair how they pressure you for payment without properly explaining what’s involved.
