Greetings, I'm posting on behalf of my elderly mother, who has been inundated with persistent calls from the number 0191 340 2420. This number has been ringing her mobile repeatedly-three to four times a day-for more than a fortnight. She doesn't recognise it at all. I've advised her to ignore any calls from unfamiliar numbers, as they’re likely just unwanted sales pitches or worse, individuals seeking to exploit vulnerable people for their bank information. At nearly 80 years old, she’s at risk from these unscrupulous callers. If anyone could assist in uncovering the identity of this bothersome caller, I would be genuinely grateful. We need to ensure these sorts of nuisances are reported and dealt with promptly. Thank you!

Received calls both yesterday and today. I tend to avoid picking up calls from numbers I don't recognise, so I'm clueless about what they wanted. Best to steer clear of them!
