Absolutely, I had a rather unpleasant encounter with the collections team at Vanquis. It seems they have a knack for ignoring your concerns and showing little willingness to assist. They target individuals already facing challenges and then pursue them incessantly. Once they get a whiff of your predicament, they only ramp up the pressure, compounding your initial debt with extra charges, turning a manageable situation into a daunting mess. I can’t stress enough how unprofessional and overly aggressive their approach is-definitely not a firm I’d recommend dealing with!
