She said she could find me a "better" package but insisted on having all my personal info, even my bank details, to give a quote. When I asked how they got my info, she refused to say, claiming it would break GDPR rules. Then she started pressuring me, saying not handing over my details could mess up my current contract. Quite pushy behaviour, really.4 monthsThey rang me like 4 times in total. I picked up the last call and they started talking about my phone contract. I just said "bye" and ended the call straight away. I'm blocking the number now.
