I'm quite convinced that they claimed to represent BT, yet when I looked into the number, it led me to the Harsav Group. They were attempting to peddle some sort of assistance for my business. The spiel was rather meandering and typical of those trying to keep you on the phone without actually clarifying their services. All a bit pointless, really!
