I recently had a rather unpleasant experience with a company called DFDS Seaways, and I felt compelled to share my frustrations. Their customer service left much to be desired, and I found myself rather exasperated by the whole situation. It’s disappointing when a company doesn’t seem to value its patrons, especially when travelling can be stressful enough as it is. I hope they can sort out their issues soon, as I’d hate for others to face the same difficulties I did.
