My nan picked up her phone, but when I called, there was no sound on the other end, just dead silence.

I just got a call from some bloke claiming to update info from an energy survey done back in 2018, which I have zero clue about. He kept asking loads of personal stuff, so this feels like one of those scams trying to gather your data.

Got two calls with no one speaking on the other end just this hour.

Got a call from an Asian guy pushing a loft survey, claimed it was free and was pretty pushy about it. Ended up blocking him straight after. Didn't the government ban these kinds of cold calls? I took the call just to find out who it was and what was being offered, so I could share the details here and warn others. Hopefully this saves you some hassle if you get the same kind of call.

As soon as I picked up, they cut the call. Seemed a bit suspicious to me. - caller: Unknown
